Recoletos Hybrid Flexible Learning Program

     At one crucial point in this generation, the world has been shaken by COVID-19. This experience will go down to the annals of contemporary human history not only for the impact it has created in the normality of our ways, but in how we are going to be dealing with the ripple of its effects in the future.
     San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite is resolute to face the challenges brought upon its educational apostolate by providing its students with the most effective ways in dealing with challenges of education in a pandemic era by adapting the Recoletos Hybrid-Flexible (RHy-Flex) Learning Program. This learning modality fuses the in-person and online experiences-contextualizing learning by providing hands-on activities enhanced by technology.
     The RHy-Flex Learning Program of San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite focuses on its mission to form students to become persons with others either physical or through online presence. The goal of RHy-Flex Learning Program is not to go back to the pre-pandemic ways, practices, and structures of learning but to redefine learning structures according to the demands of the time. RHy-Flex Learning Program ensures that it shall incorporate the best features of both traditional and online learning ever mindful of the public health situation, but at the same time adamantly directed to develop the essential academic competencies and competences of a true Filipino, Catholic, Augustinian Recollect, Sebastian students.
