for all its activities. He is the Presiding Officer of the School Board and and the
Academic Council.

The 15th School President of San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite
Rev. Fr. Rafael B. Pecson, OAR has a Doctorate degree in Education major
in Educational Management and graduated with a Masters degree in Arts in Theology,
and Arts in Education.
He was ordained by Archbp. Socrates Villegas, D.D. at the Our Lady of Consolation
Parish Church in Quezon City in 2015.
He was in-charge of the Adult Vocation Program, Senior High School Principal, Vice-Dean,
Registrar, and Library Coordinator at the Casiciaco Recoletos Seminary, in Baguio
City. He was also the Recoletos Educational Apostolate in the Philippines’ Technical
Consultant and research and Planning In-charge of the Province. He was also the HRMO
Director of SSC-R de Cavite before elected as the School President.
