Public Relation Office (PRO)

General Objectives:

The general objectives of the Public Relations Office are:

1. To inform the Sebastinian community and the public at large of SSC-R de Cavite’s activities and events;
2. Encourage Sebastinian stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of, and engagement with SSC-R de Cavite’s vision, mission, values and objectives;
3. Develop and maintain SSC-R de Cavite’s image and reputation across all audiences and stakeholders, and remedy misconceptions and misrepresentations where necessary;
4. Glean and disseminate information that adds value to the SSC-R de Cavite community, and that supports internal cohesion of Sebastinian family members;
5. Establish, develop and strengthen/sustain relations with our external partners.

Specific Objectives:

The specific objectives of the Public Relations Office include:

1. Working closely with the President and coordinating with other administrators to determine the broad messages to be conveyed to internal and external audiences;
2. Publicizing SSC-R de Cavite’s vision, mission, values and objectives, activities, results and perspectives;
3. Communicating with internal and external constituencies in person, through websites, in the mass media, and through the school’s publications, particularly the official newsletter of the SSC-R de Cavite Administration, except that of the student body;
4. Helping facilitate internal communication through various channels;
5. Developing and implementing programs to connect alumni, donors, neighbors, and friends to the institution and enable them to serve SSC-R de Cavite and the Sebastinian community to serve them.
